Rocco's Brick Oven Pizzeria

Never ordering from them again. I don't know if this issue has to do with ordering through the Slice App or not, but we've ordered from here multiple times in the past. The last three times they've been pretty late. This time the delivery guy didn't arrive with the food until approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes after we put in the order through Slice. The delivery guy wasn't even sorry and was walking leisurely to the front door to deliver an order that was cold and soggy by the time it got to our place. His only response "It is pretty far", then he just walked away. If we are too far away just cancel the order from your end and call is to let us know, or just don't deliver to this area in the first place. Better than treating a customer rudely and showing that you don't care. Big disappointment and we are done with this place. UPDATED 01/30/2019: I spoke to Mike and he offered an apology and a coupon. He told me to call directly if any future issues. I appreciated the call and he was understanding. I raised the review because I appreciate attention being paid to these issues when they usually are ignored. Thank you Mike!

Very nice cozy place. Food is good, people are pleasant.

The original pizza place I go to was closed so my wife googled and found this place. We came in after work, we asked to get pizzas, so a young lady directed us to the other side where we could order. When someone passing by invited us to the dinning room and said to order from there. Which at that point it made more sense and it worked out, because now we ordered appetizers and drinks.
The food was very good, the service was precise, I believe her name was Chelsea, made me and my party feel welcomed. At this point that someone approached and asked if everything was good, turns out he was the GM Mike, I was impressed; as a business owner myself, I know how important it is to have good customer service, I'm glad to say, this was a very good experience.
We originally came in to get 2 Pizzas, instead we got 3 Pizzas, appetizers, main courses, drinks and desserts, but most of all we had a great evening.
Thank you for taking the initiative to invite us in and giving a small tour of the restaurant and the great history of their journey by explaining the pictures.
We look forward on going back and we recommend this place 100%, thanks again Chelsea and Mike.
