When I first visited MexiJoe's Grill I attempted a similation of my standard Chipotle burrito ingredients order. Nothing really special except the 2 options of rice (I don't even know how to describe the colors) and 3 options of shell (flour, spinach or whole wheat). Then I tried the spicy chicken. Oh. My. God. This can only be described as culinary perfection. The heat is striking, but not overwhelming. Upon checkout you'll be offered an abortive packet of Cholula.
