    Hand. Tossed. Noodles.
    No. MSG. NONE! Im not gonna lie, when I first moved out to New York, I hated this place. Nothing beats from Los Angeles.... I've grown to appreciate this restaurant and fell in love when I was told the noodles are made ​​right there in this restaurant. Yes... I peaked in! I shouldn't have but I did while I was looking for the restroom (it's in the hallway all the way in the back on the right side... I saw them cooking lol I love their lunch combos... I discovered it about 5-6 years of coming to this place. Their mushroom with rice is amazing! So is the mapa tofu... Oh screw the tofu. Get the mushroom with rice. It's worth it!
