ChiMaMa's Noodle House

Very clean, decent location. Parking is a bit tight. Food is authentic. However, prices are Manhattan Chinese prices, not comparable to Chinese. The people are nice, but my wait time was 30 minutes for staple dishes.

The atmosphere it's pretty neat. It's not a sit down and serve place. You will need to order at the counter and they will deliver the food to you. Utensils are self served.

The food it's amazing. Living in NYC for over 20 yeArs, I haven't tested a better Taiwanese food then this. It's even better than good in Taiwan. The portion of the food are huge. It's very filling. For ladies, two of you can share an order. We order 4 noodles and rice bowls and 2 snack plates. And we were super full. The bill came out to be $68 for 4 people. Which it's very good. I would definitely come back again and recommend my friends to come .

I liked the noodle soup with meat. It was authentic Taiwanese food. I would definitely come back. Location was cozy and clean.

Delicious Taiwanese light comfort food in a clean, friendly, cozy, and informal environment. It's the best kept secret in Bayside but I have a feeling that it won't be long.
P.S. I highly recommend it's beef noodle with soup.

Delicious Taiwanese noodle shop! The food is scrumptious. The service is friendly and quick! The decor is clean and bright. What more could you want from a casual noodle shop?! We loved it!
