Dani's House of Pizza

I am super lactose intolerant... Which I only bring up because the pizza tasted really good. It isn't something to have everyday but it is well worth the trip to go when you have a hankering for something different. One: the lines are super long. Seating for the restaurant is relatively long. For the to-go section, you can grab a free stool as they become available. Two, I love the people who work behind the counter. They are so funny and just so real that it doesn't feel like a hipster new way to eat pizza but I felt like I was sitting at Uncle Joey's place shooting the breeze. Three, for those big on ale. They have a nice selection. My brother in law approves. Four, some may say it is a bit more seasoned than the average pizza but the person in my family who said that was on a diet at the time. Five and finally, their average pizza is a bit sweeter than the average NYC slice but well worth trying for those that enjoy a nice sweeter tomato sauce. (: PS parking was easy to find nearby but not out front.

Almost always has A line and yet it is well worth the wait. Arguably one of the best pizzerias in Queens as well as all of New York City. I recommend pepperoni extra sauce and one slice of their pesto. You're welcome

The quintessential NYC slice. Great location. Late hours. Worth the trip. Extra sauce is the way to go. Know what you want before you get in line. These guys are fast.

Cozy and warm local staple with welcoming food. The place is actually split into 2 restaurants. Outside is a pizza place which generally has long lines and a small seating space. Also the most amazing pizza and a very good beer selection. Inside has a cozy little Italian restaurant with all the regular Italian choices and a very fantastic spinach and cheese soup.
