Excellent service! Large food portions for a great price! Everything was perfect and I’m sure to be back soon!

All the staff are wonderful. But Irma is my favorite person in the world!! She makes this establishment shine!! Its a great place to sit back relax and enjoy a great meal. Also the drinks are amazing.

The bacon burger is okay at best. It was over cooked and they didn't put enough Garlic aioli so it was super dry. The fries were good and the wings. Also, its ironic that Chili's can't even make good chili, it was so dry. There were clumps of meat with loose random beans spread throughout. Our server was nice and attentive but it was super packed and they seated us near the door so it was cold and loud in the establishment. All in all I'd go again if I want cheap food but wouldn't sit where I was seated and I advise that you make a reservation.

I love Chilli's!!! But as of 12/27/2018, this particular Chilli's needs to have a shutdown and clean the floors and sanitize all of the work spaces.

Everything feels like it has a layer of bio-matter on it. It's semi oily and it's every surface. Weird I know.

Staff is friendly, but sometimes they mess up the orders. For example, we ordered soup, an app, and the entree. The soup shows up, then the entrees, when they try to deliver the app, we send it back.

It's a science I imagine, timing the delivery of the orders, so I usually don't order until each item is delivered.

Refills occurred only once, they should occur 3 times, the 1st when the drinks come, when the entree arrives and before the bill or desert arrive.
