As others have mentioned, the bagels are great. Per their tag line it's "Coffee that doesn't suck." It's not amazing, but it's certainly not production line coffee. I wouldn't go too far out of my way for it, but it's definitely better than Brand D next door..
Updated review: I've stopped getting coffee here as the coffee always tastes burnt. Everytime I've ordered a bagel with cream cheese and toppings they've neglected to do a crucial thing...toast the bagel! This should just be ASSUMED to be done. Even when I've asked it's been forgotten. There isn't any seating within the cafe. Don't try to come here to do any work etc. The service however is quite good!
Their motto is "coffee that doesn't suck" and it's true. However, it's not anything to write home about either. I've only had espresso drinks here so maybe their pour over or other drinks are better but don't expect to be blown away by the espresso.
Aside from drinks, this place has good bagels and very friendly staff. There's also a nice selection of coffee beans, if you buy a bag they'll throw in a free large coffee. Gets pretty crowded during busy hours since the place is tiny, but service is quick for drinks so you shouldn't have to wait too long.
This is my favorite place to get Breakfast whenever I'm staying in LIC. The coffee is to die for and the selection of Vegan options are first rate. With everything from the best soy cream cheese I've ever tasted to hummus, tomato and Avocado options, bagels have never been tastier. Had the best pumpkin spice late of my life my last visit and it was made with soy! Any visiting vegans or vegetarians hankering for a fanciful meal of bagel wonderfullyness have to check this place out. You won't regret it. ♥
Little cozy and cute spot for a breakfast. I had never noticed it because it is in a such an unassuming place. Their coffee is great and the costumer service is fantastic. It is a small place, so you might be able sit or not. I chose the Scallion Lox bagel and it was simply fantastic. I'm not a fan of bagels, but this one was delicious. I totally recommend it!
