    THIS IS THE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN . THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HARD WORKING FAST AND NICE AND ALWAYS HAPPY . IT MAKES ME VERY SAD WITH THE HOLIDAYS BEING SO CLOSE THAT THE STORE HAS TAKEN AWAY AND WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO HAVE TIP CUPS . THIS TO ME IS TERRIBLE FOR THE WORKERS WHO HAVE BILLS AND FAMILIES TO FEED AND THEY RELY ON THOSE TIPS . AS A FREQUENT CUSTOMER OF THIS STORE I DO NOT LIKE THAT I CAN NOT SHOW MY APPRECIATION FOR THESE AMAZING HARD WORKING PEOPLE . AND MANY OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE EXPRESSED THE SAME . IT MAKES ME WONDER IF THE OWNERS BOB AND CAIN ARE AWARE OF THIS CRUEL ACT ? I REALLY HOPE THEY GET THIS STRAITENED OUT SOON BEFORE THEY LOOSE THESE GREAT PEOPLE THAT SERVE US EVERY DAY . HOPE EVERYONE HAS A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY.

    Friendliest workers ever.. they gave me and my grandma free frozen lemonade and a smile.. Also took our picture for their advertisement..

    The staff were really helpful when I was having trouble using the mobile ordering feature on the app. It actually turned out much easier to just order normally and use the app to pay. They were really nice and professional about it. It was cool to not deal with grumpy people early in the morning.
