We only been there once, the noodles were thick and food was fatty it needed more flavors (to our taste) and seats were limited. But the food served pretty quick
Had the Hand-Peeled noodles stir fried and my wife had the Hand-pulled noodles in a soup. Her beef was very fatty but generally the dish was tasty. I had the pork which was excellent. You can watch the cook take a lump of dough and roll it and quickly pull it into a dish full of noodles. Amazing. Reasonable prices and modest dining area. Good for a quick cheap eat or delivery.
Noodles are decent but only mildly flavored. Use the chili flake oil, chinkiang vinegar and soy sauce to add more flavor. Had the house special noodles; good selection of meats and excellent portions for the price. Also had a side of dumplings that were well-portioned but mildly flavored. Seating is limited but comfortable and service is prompt. Order at counter first and then grab a seat, or go with a friend to hold a seat while you order (or take turns).
On a hot day I would recommend the cold noodles. It comes covered in a sesame sauce. It's tasty and you don't feel overstuffed like you would if you ate a big bowl with broth. The cold cucumbers and tomatoes go really well with it too.
