    LIC is booming with construction and residents but the food situation has not changed much since its "Industrial Hub" days with few exceptions. LM Cafe (formerly Barista) is one of those exceptions.

    Friendly staff that remembers your name and greets you with a smile. Great paninis with a suprisingly large menu of hot and cold plates. The food is great and service is better.

    I've been here a few times for lunch with friends. I've had the vegetarian wrap and panini. Food is always fresh. Price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and incredibly courteous.
