Pop's Cocina & Bar

Its a beautiful spot if you are on a date or just hanging out with friends/family. Food is always delicious. Went today for lunch and ordered pork chops with a side for only 10$. I usually come for dinner and get a skirt steak which is a decent price 24$ and my bf orders a ribeye for 25$. Its definitely a good price for the steak you getting instead of paying 30$ for a steak with no flavor. And the chimichurri sauce it comes with its to die for.

Still super disappointed they took out the beautiful bar top and booths. The food is good, but they took away the ambiance of an old time eatery. Woodhaven of old is slowly disappearing. They could have simply refinished the wood instead of replacing it with cheaper new furniture. Kind of unforgivable.

I have nothing but all positive things to say about this restaurant/bar. I typically order my breakfast on the weekend from them, always on point, always on time. From the owner to the staff are very very friendly!! I come in on a Friday or Saturday night occasionally either by myself or with company. Either way, Every single person that I've brought here always had fun and tells me that the food is really good!! Live music too on Friday and Saturday nights! Kudos to the owner!! They know how to run this bar well!!!

Very nice atmosphere, much better than I expected from the rest of the shops in the neighborhood. Food was VERY good. Probably the best home fires I've ever had. I got the meat lover's omelette which was awesome, can definitely recommend. Service was fine, not really good or bad, and the chef was 30min late to his shift so there was some extra wait time.
