(January 26, 2019, 4:36 am)Pros: Taco meat was well seasoned with lots of flavor. Plenty of sauce and lime. Friendly service.
Cons: I was the first costumer of the night and the guy said I'd have to wait 30 min for Chorizo tacos, I mean whaaaat? He was able to make chicken, beef, tongue, everything else but what I actually drove here for. Now the biggest reason why the 3 stars is the guy cooking and the girl assorting my tacos did not use gloves. He grabbed raw onions out of the bucket and threw them on the skillet with his bare hands and then wiped his hands on his sweater. Not to mention he didn't look quite clean himself. Don't know if I will be going back to this truck based on the hygiene aspect.
