Bagels are good but they put way too much cream cheese on. Both times I've come here, the service was absolutely horrible. I waited 7 minutes to place an order and there were only 2 people in line in front of me. Then once they called my number, it took 4 minutes for them to actually give me my bagel. All in all, it took 15 minutes start to finish to get one bagel with 4 pounds of cream cheese on it.

On my search for the perfect bagel, this place has the best bagel so far. Other than that, it is full of friendly staff and they have a good selection of bagels.

I like the idea of a colorful bagel but my son didn't like at all, all of us end it eating my husband bagel which was BLT and bought extra more for our friends, I always forget to ask to put the cream cheese on the side bc for me is to much the amount the put on the bagels. I put 5 starts bc the quality is good,I don't eat bagels neither my family unless they are fresh and well made.

The bagels are pretty good, very big size, but don't come here if you're in a hurry. The order line piles up, they're not very fast or efficient between taking orders and actually making the food. Sometimes I get a bagel dry (no spread) as I have my own spread. It should not take 3 receipts and 5 minutes, just hand me a bagel in a bag and take my cash. If you get some dingus ordering 3 dozen bagels good lord you're in for a long wait...

Consistently delicious. Excellent fast service. Great prices. Brooklyn Bagels is always on point. Home run status.
