Today, I was craving for some dumplings and I ordered a small size take-out. The choice of frying or steaming the dumplings was offered by nice Front Desk Clerk/Chef which was $4.80 USC. ???????? My fried dumplings were dipped into the black sauce and were delicious.

Only Chinese place I go to. Grew up on this place. Don't understand the low reviews...
A bit over $6.5 for lunch. They have a variety of options. I like the egg drop soup with fried rice and hunan beef.
I would've given it 5 stars for the price but some of the stuff on the menu is petty darn terrible. Like the curry. I'd say leave the curry making to the Indians. Sometimes the food can be pretty bland so I ask them to make it extra spicy.
Portion is really good too. I'm a big guy and I eat fairly big meals and this knocks me the hell out.
You should definitely try this out if you're on a budget. However the place is tiny with about 6 chairs. But there's usually just one person eating there.
Slightly more expensive than might be expected for their smaller portions. Their fried shrimp is great. Service was nice, friendly, and efficient. Pretty small restaurant, not much room for a group or anything like that.
