After a long drive from Washington, DC. My girlfriend surprised me by taking me here. I loved it. Beautifully presented food. Beautiful interior. And my beautiful girlfriend LiLi!

The concept of wintermelon is cool! And I love the broth! However I was super disappointed in the beef and the lamb quality. I normally get fatty beef and beef tongue but the beef tongue is super thin and not really the normal chewy texture. The fatty beef is not fatty enough and also quite thin. Their lamb quality wasn't too good either. I did like that they have a lot of skewer options here tho and it was pretty good - a bit tough to chew on but wasn't bad.

Warm service and great taste! The shrimp balls are truly fresh and delicious. The cage-free chicken is very tender and juicy. Will definitely come again!

soup base are tasty and the ingredients are fresh. Tasty. I also like the decor. Been there few times and enjoyed it every time.

A fun place to bring friends and families. Service is friendly and attentive. A large selection of meat, seafood, and vegetable dishes to choose from. The key is selecting which soup base. One of my favor place to dine during winter.
