(April 25, 2018, 4:44 pm)Don't get me wrong. The fish we ordered were tender and juicy from my twice visits to this place. To my knowledge, all their fish are live and butchered upon ordering. However, the flavor is just underwhelming comparing to same dish I had in China. If you ever had this incredible regional Sichuan cuisine in China. Chances are you will be disappointed for this version with less emphasis on both spicy and numbness of the flavor. However, 1st timer with less spicy appetite can still enjoy this dish.
