Hong Chun Cheon Cheese Dak Galbi

It was a great experience! My husband and I ordered the shrimp cheese dak galbi, the menu said it’s for 2-3 people. I agree. It was more than enough for 2 but might not enough for 3(if you order with side dishes and fried rice afterwards probably enough for 3.
Some reviews were complaining about their service, but for me they were great! I guess the servers got enough experiences last 5months. They were all wearing masks and gloves. I could still feel their smile and politeness. The price is definitely not cheap but still affordable. I would go back!

We went just after lunch on a weekday so it wasn't busy. We ordered the original HCC dalgalbi (medium hot level) for two. At first, they gave us some side dishes with egg jjim (stew?), which tasted good. But the main dak galbi came out slow... I guess it was because it came out fully cooked (I thought it usually comes out half cooked so you have to cook a bit more yourself? Maybe that's their franchise's signature way of cooking? Idk..). Other than that, service was great, and food was good overall. I think I would be back.

Great value and lots of different topping options. Although the service was little slow (seems like everyone has lack of experience?). Foods were good however, actual foods came out different than the pictures of the menu :( we will be back though

Younger crowd then the usual dak galbi spot.
I personally loved the dak galbi, good flavor and ready to eat quick. Also the fried chicken was a surprise winner at the table. Extremely crunchy and not greasy. The sauce for the chicken was better then some KFC joints.

Also large enough for bigger groups so that’s a big plus.
