Jamba Juice is the perfect treat for a flight. Keep hydrated, and fill up on nutrients. Make sure to drink enough before squishing the cup into the seat back pocket, so it doesn’t spill out. Grab some napkins just in case. Safe travels!

This terminal is known as the most busy but I didn't believe until I saw it. Normally I'd avoid airplane bathrooms even on bicoast flights next time I'll take advantage of shorter lines and get water on the plane. Plan accordingly.

Nicelly made terminals with some shops and restaurants right next to the gates, really loved it

Just what you would expect, nice to have a healthy choice as this terminal didnt seem to have a real restaurant option (plenty of shopping though)

Jamba Juice is always a reliable smoothie spot. Strawberries Wild is our go to, but they have many options. Service was quick and friendly on a Saturday afternoon. Recommend if looking for a smoothie in Terminal 4 at JFK!
