(February 18, 2022, 9:58 pm)Reasonablely priced, fresh tea, and good mochi waffle. I got the classic milk tea and chocolate mochi waffle combo. Very good chocolatey waffle and warm. It took 10 minutes to complete order so you can plan ahead or have a seat. Seating area is clean and nice. Service was professional and efficient.
