    I had the Seco de Chivo (Goat stew) and my husband had the Guatita (Beef tripe) from Perla del Pacífico and we were extremely impressed. The goat was delicious...clean meat and they served more meat than bones which is rare. The taste was nice and clean. The flavor wasn't overpowering to kill any goat urea smell or taste. The tripe had perfect texture. It was clean tasting and the peanut sauce was delicious. They really care about the food they produce and it shows. Will definitely go back again soon. Yummy!!!
