Philly Pretzel Factory

Excellent soft and flavorful pretzels. I ordered a small rivets box. Since I showed up closer to the end of the day there weren't enough to fill the box, so the guy helping me threw in some cinnamon rivets! I have tried their normal sized pretzels before which are also just as tasty.

The lady waiting on us was very nice and the place is very clean. Their pretzels are so good , way better then Annie pretzels

Love the pretzels here, came in to buy some today but you had no pretzels left at 6:30 with a half hour before closing. I can understand if it was almost 7 but that's too early. :(

Philly Pretzel Factory, Queens Blvd, Forest Hills is the best. The pretzels are the greatest & the service is unbelievable.
I placed an order online & when I arrived to pick up the party tray, No record of an order. After a quick check - no oder.
Bradley's main concern was to fix the problem. He sprang into action & in 10 minutes I was on my way with my party tray. He's definitely customer orientated.
I would highly recommend them for the best pretzels & the best service.See u soon.

Today was my first time in philly pretzels factory. The customer service was excellent, the young lady was very nice. The pretzels were good ,I ordered 4 regular pretzels with the cheddar cheese sauce, and honey mustard. The dough was okay with a little crunch to it. The pretzels could be a little bit softer and buttery. This is definitely a go to spot for me and the family up on queens blvd.
