SAFRAN SILANTRO

What a great first impression! I stumbled upon this new restaurant as I was driving through the neighborhood. I ordered the fried red snapper with rice & Beans. The fish was generous sized, meaty and cooked perfectly. It was topped with a delicious chimchurri, sliced jalapenos, and pickled red onion slivers. Rice and beans came in a separate tin, topped with slices of fried plantain, and cabbage and greens salad. Wow, Really good and a bargain at $15.99!!!

Quality! the food is full of flavor. It tastes like my mom's home cook meals. Truly a hidden gem!

The menu was not what I expected. It’s an intersection of Spanish and Arabic food. Good quality. Fair price. Nice people.

The food here is delicious and you can tell the owners have a passion for cooking. It seems like the menu rotates but I had the catfish in coconut sauce along with rice and beans. I also tried the smoothies which are made with fresh fruits and can be customized. Will definitely be coming back!
