    My dreams came true today at this sonic. Had my birthday lunch there and was extremely happy with the food and service. I even brought my vintage 2000s tater tot plush to commemorate the event.

    Nice open space. Great location as well. Food was nice and hot and delicious. Great place to go to for fast food

    I was raised on Sonic Drive In in Oklahoma City. I was so grateful they finally re-opened with a store in NYC! The food is great quality, holds up to Sonic standards and is on the level. Prices are low, unlike some chains that hike up their prices in NYC. The inside seating is clean. Obviously there’s no drive-up feature since we’re in Long Island City but otherwise this is the greatest quality Sonic experience I could’ve hoped for!

    I had this for the first time last night and it was good. The burger tasted fresh. Tater tots were crispy. Mozzarella sticks were slight salty but still good. The fries though were just basic diner fries I feel. If you dine in be prepared to show ID and vaccine card. There is no delivery for this place. You either place your order for pick up( which isn’t up on the app yet) or you just come in to eat it or take out. I’d come back.
