Starbucks

I used to love this Starbucks and the regulars that worked there that knew me but it has gone downhill in my opinion. There are new people working that are very rude when I ask questions or ask to fix a drink. Today a worker was not wearing her mask properly with her nose exposed and I am not comfortable with that since she is making drinks for people. For the safety of herself and others she should wear her mask properly. Wearing a mask like a mouth guard is not doing anything to protect anyone. I’m disappointed in the individual worker but I am pleased that another worker was happy to make my drink instead of her.

First time pick up, the order was ready and waiting for me.

First time at this Starbucks. Baristas need to pay attention to what they are making. I ordered a regular iced coffee, non fat milk with drizzle of caramel. When I picked up my coffee, I saw the heavy caramel sitting at the bottom and the lightest coffee ever. Just by looking at it, I got sugar rush. Please pay more attention, I'd like to return.
