Its like u r having the real taste of indian, gujrat food real delicious & promt in service.
Swagat stands true to its years old legacy of satisfying the food cravings for the Indians in/around Queens. We ordered samosa (Oh! You bet it was awesome) and also kadhai paneer (authentic Indian taste I tell you). 5/5 - I loved the food and the hygiene of the shop! Would recommend! (Thank me later when you visit it!)
EXCELLENT INDIAN RESTAURANT.
I visited Swagat with my family a few days ago. This is one of the best Indian restaurants in New York. It is very clean and the menu has all possible Indian cuisine options. We ordered different things, I ordered a thali which two of shared, and others ordered Idli Sambar and Samosa. The food was freshly prepared and has the authentic Indian taste. We also ordered some Indian sweets and packed some for our friends. Also must try the lassi. Idli Sambar is for 3.99, Samosa chat was for 6.99, lassi was for 2.99. For the quality that this restaurant offers the pricing is great. I would definitely recommend this place. When I visit this place again I will have Dal Pakwan and post a review.
My kids favorite restaurant. The over sized naan and the delicious sambar are finger licking awesome.
Had a great experience with their catering for my mom's birthday party! Maybe they are new so their prices are low but the quality of the food was excellent!! We loved their Chole!! But everyone at the party fell in love with their stuffed mushrooms!! The owners are also very sweet, one of the owners came to personally deliver the food.
