The Paris Café

This is an absolute wonderful place to dine after a long flight or even if just spending the night! All the dishes were lovely and well prepared. Waiters could be a bit more trained. They had a lovely cucumber martini that was very fresh and strong!

Excellent food and attentive service. Honestly surprised to see the negative reviews. We stayed at the hotel for three days and had breakfast, lunch and dinner here over that time and were never disappointed.

Absolutely outstanding in every way. Consistent 60s inspired décor, innovative menu and most of all, fantastic staff with a special kudos to Stephanie who has distinguished herself by being easily the most attentive, genuinely welcoming and upbeat waitress I have come across in recent years. The maitre d’ is equally amazing and a true old-school host and restaurateur. What a great experience for being so refreshingly different from 99.999% of hotel restaurants.

Another terrific restaurant by Jean-Georges! The food is wonderful, and it matches up perfectly with the retro atmosphere. The coctails are very good as well. The service needs to improve to make this a 5 star review.

The food was fantastic, the ambiance outstanding, service great. We enjoyed it. Yes, it is expensive but we expected it. We had the salmon and the bacon wrapped pork chop. They were delicious!
