Ambience was amazing ! I went to this place for my birthday in August. The security at the door was friendly. Waitresses were all welcoming and respectful. The DJ’s were entertaining and music was up to date and a total vibe. They have game nights. They even let you play games to win free shots. It’s super calm and the perfect environment for couples and friends. Even for solo dates! Oh yea and they have an outside area in the back.
The food was good, the hookah was great, the vibe was great but the MUSIC!! Way too loud for such a small and intimate space. The ambiance would be so much better if the music weren’t so loud
A little cramp in entrance but overall nice ambiance! Great food and drinks! Definitely coming back soon. Three others I came with told me it was a good choice. Chill spot for after work vibes, girls night or even date night!
Xscape was the perfect place for a girls night out! Great food, great drinks, great music, just great vibes in general. I highly recommend, our server was Jewel, she was amazing, super helpful and attentive, and we appreciated that so much! This is definitely my new go to spot!
Great ambiance & atmosphere. Had a reservation during the happy hour but, sadly got there late and was told we were now considered a walk-in which is understandable. Front greeting area is very tight and once waiting, gets a bit cramped, hot & crowded. Once a table opened up we were promptly seated and were obliged for the happy hour specials still. Salute for that! The drinks are sadly pre-made and there isn't an actual bar for cocktails here yet. They do have some top shelf favorites on display but, not sure if that is for bottle service, etc. The food was decent, came out quickly and was fresh. The hookah was good and wasn't too harsh as some other reviews (via the former name of Halo Lounge) have stated. We had a genuinely good time here, love to support black owned business and will visit again.
