Edit:
The restaurant is really improving, and the food is getting a lot better. If you ever visit, you cannot miss out on their secret menu item: pork bone soup ramen. For $7 you get a bowl of freshly made bone soup full of aromatic and flavorful Chinese ingredients along with chewy hand pulled noodle. It is one of the best bowls of Lanzhou ramen I have had in Flushing. For desert and appetizer, I would recommend trying out the wonton soup, soy milk, tofu pudding, and steamed buns, and oyster cakes.
Original:
They continuously run out of supplies and failed to deliver whatever I ordered because of lack of ingredients in the restaurant. The store owners are confused about their own dishes and put the wrong type of noodle in my order without telling me that they ran out of the noodle that I ordered. Their kitchen was unbelievably inconsistent in terms of their cooking. I came two continuous days and ordered the same dish, but on the second day a completely different dish was delivered, with a strong odor resembling unwashed/unprocessed beef. They leave food out completely disregarding any sanitation regulations and their menu is a huge mess full of unorganized blocked menu items and price changes.
