Panera Bread

I love the broccoli cheddar soup, but it would be nice if there were larger pieces of broccoli.

Disorganized staff struggled with basics of service. We we're sitting where we could see the prep staff....and this is what we saw: We both ordered a soup and salad, but they dipped out the first soup, then made the salad, then struggled making the second salad and then dipped the soup to go with that salad. Meanwhile the person who now "delivers" the food was running around taking pick up orders to the front. So the first soup was lukewarm at best--and try getting timely reheating. To top it off, the "delivery" person was nervous about holding two plates so clutched them against her clothes and the bread rubbed up against her jacket. We threw it away since who knows what else had encountered that jacket. Just sloppy and thoughtless and probably poor training. Mediocre.

Nice ambience, the setting is very modern had a do it yourself approach to everything. Could be very liberating; food is ok and the staff are helpful. The spoons could be cleaner though!

Fast & Friendly...My Dr. Office is in the same plaza so I bring my 3 year old Daughter to Panera after as a reward to get a cookie for sitting through Mommy's visit. I recommend their hibiscus cold tea.
