    Absolutely delicious Italian American food with a killer vibe. Papa Brillos is a dining must if your visiting the Troy area. Excellent wait staff and management. This place is a hidden gem of upstate NY.

    Service was great, staff very friendly. Food is reasonably priced with a really good menu selection. We enjoyed our dinners & will definitely return.

    Absolutely amazing pizza, wonderful crust, fresh ingredients… the staff is wonderful and super friendly… I know I’ll be a regular… I’ll have to try out the breakfast menu as well, that looks mouthwatering…

    Awesome food, atmosphere and staff! Brunswick needed a place like this! Jason is also an awesome bartender! Jeff the owner is lovely and the manager is perfect for the place. I hope they do well!
