Comfort Inn & Suites East Greenbush - Albany

Very pleasant stay and well maintained Hotel. Staff was very pleasant and breakfast selection was quite a touch.

Great hotel, I was here for a conference for work. As always, ALL the staff were friendly, professional and quick to help. While I didnt stay in a room, the conference facilities and food were above standard!

Very comfortable. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and firm. Has a small gym inside asking with a swimming pool, a hot tub and a nice arrangement with a meeting room and little business area with computer setup. The front is arranged nice too with a very cozy inviting and relaxing area with ample seating to sit and relax. Very convenient with a gas station almost in the same lot along with a convenience store that really carries what you'd like to relax with back at the hotel. There was a Continental buffet style breakfast that was extremely nice and their staff is on point. They don't mind helping you out and I wish I knew they had the poll and gym area because I would've brought without clothes and swim trunks.

The young staff is very friendly. Unfortunately seems like they are understaffed. You might have to wait to get checked in, wait a long time for a luggage dolly. The breakfast was great..eggs , bacon, yogurt, cereal, waffles and cinnamon waffles and assorted fruits and toppings. We rented the Rockefeller suite . It was beautiful, fireplace in the living room, big beautiful kitchen great for cooking. Half bath off the kitchen, entertainment center in the living room. Large bedroom private, with a private bath and jacuzzi. The room was clean and plenty of space. The beds do have springs. The lobby was beautifully decorated nice fireplace, clean bathrooms. Lots of rooms to hold parties, events and conferences. Unfortunately the work out room wasn't great I think 1 treadmill, 1 stepper. The pool was broken and was freezing the whirlpool was nice. Grounds was kept and convenient to gas station and right off 90 exit 10 in Castleton on the Hudson.

I stayed here with our school's basketball teams due to being the bus driver. I would've done 5 stars, but the bed was a little too hard for my liking. Otherwise, it was great. The breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helped with anything we needed.
