OMG i am obsessed with their orange chicken!! With a side of fried rice it’s the best meal i’ve ever had. This definitely won’t be the last time i go to Bite or Xian!! A great find in Troy.

The sesame chicken was the most crispy chicken i have ever ate in my entire life. You should try their other foods because they are also very good.

After growing up with many friends from Xian and visiting three times, I believe I have some knowledge on food from Xian. This restaurant completely misses the mark. The food resembles an Americanized taste with sweet and sour sauce added to everything. (Almost all Xian noodle dishes are spicy, or spicy and sour, non of them should be sweet) I ordered my dishes medium spicy fully aware that ordering very spicy from an authentic restaurant could be something that I could not handle. My food was not even the least bit spicy. The noodles are the ones you can buy from almost any asian supermarket, when Xi an is famous for using hand pulled noodles in many dishes. Really disappointing.

I decided to give this Restaurant another try. The food i ordered was much better this time. The signature noodles were somewhat bland, but were clearly made in house and tasted pretty good. The other noodles I had were not made as well. Overall I would expect restaurant quality noodles to be made better.
