Love this place! Wonderful smoothie bowls, smoothies and other food. Easy to find vegan and vegetarian food there.

Excellent smoothies and açaí bowls. Definitely try the market scramble. I hope to see more blend options for the bowls soon.

I just started a Vegan diet and mentioned that to Liza who was preparing my meal.

Liza spent a few minutes explaining options and making suggestions for a great Vegan meal and drink.

Liza's menu is Vegetarian friendly and filled with lots of smoothie options.

The meal that Liza brought to my window seat was filling and delicious.

The cafe is comfortable and I nevet felt rushed.

I'll be returning to Liza's the next time I'm in Troy, N.Y. or maybe sooner if I get to Schenectady N.Y. first. Liza's now has a second location in the Electric City.

My daughter wanted to celebrate getting her drivers license and she really wanted to go to Liza's of troy. We both got our Acai bowls that were amazing and service was great. Had my first bulletproof coffee and it was yummy. My daughter also ordered her dinner for later and was drooling all the way home. We will definitely be back. Thank you Liza.
