Best Yemen Cuisine I've ever tried! Lamb haneeth, too great!!

I tried this place for the first time. I ordered the chicken gyro. It was the best chicken gyro I've ever had. Full of flavor and the chicken was not overcooked and dried out. My co-worker ordered the curry chicken with rice. He said it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and service was quick. I also tasted the dessert called Kunafa. It was also delicious. The prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. I will definitely be back.

Lots of delicious options. I came across to this Yemen restaurant last week, found it awesome! First, this place will surely bring you home feeling. Clean & cozy, a perfect spot to chill with friend or loved one. Second, the location is right next to ferry. No doubt it's super convenient for those who traveled to Staten Island cross the sea. Plus, food quality tastes fresh and yummy! Mandi lamb is definitely one of my favorite choices! I've visited many Mid Eastern restaurant in the past in NYC, neither the tastes nor the price meets my expectation, I give thumb up to Mandi House. Since last week, I drove here all the way from Brooklyn for three times. Yesterday, I had chance talking to the owner. He is friendly, humble, a down-to-earth guy for the business. After learning the chef has decades of traditional Yemen cook experience, I'm convinced to come back more often in the future!

I came here two hours after their grand opening, and it was apparent that they had difficulty during their first day which is normal. The hospitality of the people who were working was great and the food was delicious. As a person who supports local small businesses, I recommend trying this restaurant. I am planning to visit this restaurant next time I visit NY. Good luck????????.
