Food was good. Fast service and the waitress was awesome!

Me and my fiancé to be shared our first date at this chilies location over a few years ago. We come here regularly during the week and the weekend, since then the service hasn’t been the same the cleanliness with in the restrooms are unacceptable. The seating service at the booth is always backed up with people waiting to be seated. The only thing I can’t complain about is the customer service, there always friendly and warm welcoming. Other than that the food is piping hot fresh and delicious

Excellent staff, excellent service and great food for a great price! My chicken enchilada's were cooked to perfection. Flavor was spot on and my dish came out hot. My wife really enjoyed her chicken fajita's as well, they were also absolutely perfect in flavor and temperature. The taste and portions for the price cannot be beat. Back to the staff, amazing! They are very friendly, personable and checked in on us frequently. It was a fairly busy night and we never felt forgotten or that the waitress was having a bad day. It means a lot now a days to be treated with a smile. This is NY and that home town feel is almost long forgotten, but not here. We will be back, and frequently!

I've been to Chili's quite a few times but never this location. My food was great, the restaurant was very clean, & plenty of chips and salsa. The service however wasn't good & ticket times were definitely over 15 minutes. I saw a few different servers come check on my table but not our original server, she stopped by once through the night. No one even asked if anyone would like more water we had to stop and ask other servers. I would certainly go again with hppes it'll be better next time.
