Great food, great appetizer sampler platter, great dessert and service, great family atmosphere but the downstairs men's bathroom is from 3rd world nation. No door on toilet stall? No way to lock bath door. No privacy if taking a poop? Ridiculous!
Great food. The staff was super friendly. They had one if the best burgers I ever tasted and I loved the Irish Lasagna, it hit on all the right marks. I would definitely recommend Canlons.
Awesome place to go with family, friends or just yourself. great customer service, good food. Food is great and at a reasonable price. Visited here on many different occasions, funeral, date, work meeting. each time I had a wonderful experience.
Awesome Chef Eddie is the best. Food by chef John is delicious. Service awesome friendly, fast and great prices
Kind people, good food. Eddie the owner only hires the best of the best of Staten Islands most brightest, decent kids. If i ever open a business, I'm going to let him conduct all of my interviews. The food is tasty and reasonable. The atmosphere is all the cool people that you might hang out with at a wedding. Regrettably, I couldn't give the last star as all of his vegetables (despite numerous suggestions) taste like the ones that our parents forced us to choke down when we were kids. It leads me to recall a not so pleasant flashback of the late 60's. I almost ordered the mashed potatoes so I'd have somewhere to hide the vegetables like i did back then. A little garlic, chopped onion, a little salt and pepper, a squeeze of lemon, and guess what ? The mashed squash will elevate itself to more than a negative memory that gets tossed and obviously left out of the doggy bag. And please ? Am i the only one that thinks that the crab bisque taters like sink trap soup ? ???? A little ways to go, but definitely on the right track.
