    Tried Jay's for the first time and it totally surpassed my expectations. I've tried previous pizza by various ownerships there and this is by FAR the best pizza there in a long time.. happy to have DELICIOUS pizza in Congers.. I ordered the Jays Specialty Pizza, garlic parm wings, happy shrimp salad & sweet sweet for dessert and everything was delicious ! will definitely be ordering from now on 👌🏼Their online ordering is user friendly, very easy to use A +++
