I don’t think google should allow individuals to rate large chains because someone could have an excellent experience or a terrible experience. This factor comes into play with any business; nonetheless, the reviews aren’t accurate enough to allow a good enough overall picture because some may be biased for the wrong reasons. -

(January 22, 2019, 1:08 am)Best White Castle I've ever been to. Clean restaurant and parking lot. Fresh food, not soggy, crispy fries and onion rings. Unbelievable taste. I wish all White Castles held this standard.

I find them too greasy. Tried one & done. So in CA, I buy these frozen in the market for him. None for me.
