Big Daddy's Home Plate BBQ

Stopped in for lunch today and was presented with hospitality and a delicious meal. Highly recommended!

I saw this place on our local news channel and they reviewed it highly. We went over with friends and they didn't disappoint. We had a sampler with four meats, four sides and cornbread. The taste was all there just like homemade. A major plus is that its family owned and we were treated like family...I can only hope every one that's near or far could go....its not a fancy place but the food was worth a forty five minute trip.

I love eating here! The food is great! Can’t go wrong with soul food! If you haven’t tried it you should def take your family here to eat dinner! Friendly atmosphere! And they do catering and deliveries! The bbq alone is to die for! Customer service is on point! And if you don’t like something they are quick to accommodate you, not many places do that. ????????????

Worth. Every. Penny. and then some!! I have never had a bad meal from these lovely folks, AND they even deliver to my job which makes for happy co-workers as well.

They have traditional options and every one of them is delicious!! My favorites include the corn fritters, ribs and collard greens.

Caution on the Caribbean spicy chicken, if you can't handle truly spicy foods, they mean it! Still a fabulous dish and so happy we can actually get something with a real kick when we want it!!
