Food and service were fantastic! We had the rose sangria and it was so good! We had a party of 5 and ordered a Pan con Tomate tapas (cut to make enough pieces for all to try) and the cheese platter to start. That was a good amount of food to take the edge off while we waited for dinner. The cheese platter was good, not super exciting, but the tapas was delicious. The carne paella is amazing! A must try! We got the 4/5 serving size for 3 of us and the other two ordered dishes off the menu. The two that ordered dishes wound up eating the paella too and there were no left overs to take home, you just can't get enough. We were given instructions to eat from the middle out to give the rice time to crisp up a bit. The people serving were so warm and friendly it really felt like we were eating at a friend's place.

We had a wonderful night out here! Paella special for 2 loaded with seafood, sausage and chicken and comes in pan direct from oven along with instructions to eat from center outward so the rice can get a crispy texture and extra flavor. Very nice vibe also encouraging connection with other patrons.

Food is divine, our waitress Olivia was amazing she knew every dish on the menu and was very helpful in our decisions. The service for a 4 week old restaurant was impeccable. Food arrived in perfect order. Congratulations Basque job well done.

If you have the good fortune to visit Basque for some tapas, sangria or Albarino run don't walk! The seafood paella is not to be missed the Spanish rice is crunchy and chewy and perfect, the shrimp are absolutely succulent and the clams, mussels and scallops are to die for! The garlic shrimp is not to be missed, not too heavy on the garlic not too much oil, just absolutely wonderful! Make sure you don't miss out on the artichoke hearts, because that would be a sin. Do not miss getting a good cup of cafe con leche, don't skip out on the desserts... they are absolutely delectable! As busy as this establishment was on opening weekend, the staff were absolutely attentive and professional and Benny, the owner of the establishment stopped by our table more than once to thank us for coming in and to make sure we were happy, which we were! Basque is a first class establishment and our party absolutely rated it five stars! I plan to visit every time I am back from Florida.
