“The bread is just wonderful. The sandwiches are delicious and plentiful. The baked goods are great as well. (We tried the homemade donuts yesterday). “I was reluctant to go there due to warnings about crowds and poor Covid safety compliance. I finally tried on a school day mid-afternoon. There were no other customers, but there is a prominent sign requiring masks and the workers wore them. The ices taste great and service is friendly. I will go again as long as they continue to respect my safety.”

“I'm Korean so my opinion is more qualified than those of the (probably) white people posting reviews here. Just kidding! JK, Jay to the Kay. In all seriousness, Jade Village manages to combine a nice in-house decor worthy of eating there with the traditional Chinese Takeout vibe. Their dishes are simple but delicious. They have a weird split restaurant. The left side is the "Japanese" side and the right side is the "Chinese" side. But it is weird in that you can order some Japanese items that are also on the Chinese menu but if you go the left to the Japanese side you cannot order most of the items from the Chinese menu. Other than that quirky aspect (I almost always go to the right unless I know I want only Japanese stuff), I have to say the most notable thing is their Hot & Sour Soup. It is perfect. It isn't too thick or too watery. I really like this place overall.”
