Restaurant 1915

Wow, what a great meal! It's rare to find a restaurant that makes everything the way it should be, but 1915 nailed it.
The roast chicken: crispy skin and moist, tender meat.
The potatoes: creamy, fluffy, and flavorful
The cake: rich, sweet, and well balanced

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was locally sourced (I think). We had a great view of the surrounding hills. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was that the to-go containers were plastic clamshells instead of compostable.

Well done. Just be prepared to spend a bit, as it's not cheap.

Great food. people visiting bear mountain should definitely try this place. They have limited items but perfectly cooked. And, the price is so affordable even for the cocktails. The service could be improved.

Farm to table, locally sourced cuisine. We had an incredible dinner here. The sirloin steak is melt in your mouth, it’s the most tender I’ve ever had. The pork chop was thick and crispy and perfectly seasoned. All the waitstaff was gracious and helpful. The salads were fresh and crisp.
