Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse

Dinner was good. My 3rd time back for work. Had the steak marsala.
It would be nice to expand the whiskey selection a bit.
The shrimp cocktail was good but $16 for 4 shrimp is a bit much. This is Clifton Park not NYC or LA.
The service is always great. Available but not annoying.

Very nice place. They have room for a lot of people, because I was nervous because a whole basketball team beat me in the door, but they were seated right away and so was I. They can handle the crowd is what I'm saying. The steak and chops are great good beer selection. Service was very good. Good location but tricky to get into the parking lot.

The fare was lovely. The restaurant is very uniquely decorated in the rat pack style. We had a lovely time, the service was very well trained and attentive. You do have to be careful that some dishes are a little spiced. But everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. One thing is they don't carry prime rib but all their steaks are delicious. Plenty of parking.

So the food was wonderful! However my five star rating is downgraded to maybe 3 stars BECAUSE one waitress helped her friend by putting her hair in a ponytail AT the food serving station. She the proceeded to put both hands on the counter as she waited for the next dish to serve. I have already talked to the regional manager about my visit BEFORE this one to discuss this same exact behavior of touching hair and serving food. Not cool at all

We had a very good meal here today and the manager and waitress went above and beyond to make sure that our meal was to our liking. Our appetizer and our entrees came to us almost cold and they remade everything so it was hot. They fixed the problem and showed us kindness and compassion. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
