    The sushi is fresh and tasty, and portions are well-sized. When the hibachi is in use, the volume can be high for people in the sushi bar area, but it isn't terrible. Staff and service are excellent.

    I've been enjoying Fuji regularly for years. Their sushi and hibachi are both first rate, and the staff are all very friendly. In short, it's one of my favorite places to go!

    Food quality at the top, service is good. Seated at Hibachi table, served first few courses, then waited 45 min. for cook. Meal very good, table chef very good. Other than wait, very good night .
