I think the review from the disgruntled ex-employee family member is perhaps misrepresenative of an experince of having lunch here. This is supposed to be a consumer review. I've never had a bad sandwich here or a bad customer service experience for that matter. Everything is always clean and well stocked. Staff is super friendly especialy the manager, who has been there for as long as I can even remember. She is an excellent role model for leadership and projects the image of a quality brand that Subway can and should be proud of. It doesn't hurt that the manager is super cute too ????
