The portions were huge and delish, Chicken Parm and Fettuccini Alfredo ...
Nice spot. Both of us had Big Slide Burgers. Done just right and it's BIG! Half pound-I left quarter of it on my plate. 2 huge onion rings on top. Next time bleu cheese sauce on the side for me, a bit too much & I'm a dipper. Waiter/waitress very attentive and brought tea (brewed!) without asking. Saw a chocolate cake slice go by that we may have to come in for another time. 8" high and all chocolate. $12, but feeds 5...or maybe 2 chocoholics?! Cozy place. Chairs might need some attention, a bit wobbly & finish feels a bit sticky from cleaning. Will go again.
Love this place. GOOD Food and freindly staff. Large 2-topping pizza and pitcher of beer Tuesdays is awesome.
Good pasta. Alfredo sauce was alright, not too flavourful. Garlic bread was nice. Got a simple rum and ginger ale but it just tasted like watery rum. Haddock was apparently really good.
We stopped at Andy’s after living on the same road for almost 2 years. It was busy but the interior was nice and cozy.
We were seated pretty quickly but it did take a while to get drinks and put our order in.
We started out with salad, cup of the lobster and shrimp soup, and a bowl of the chowder. The chowder was awesome! I could eat a whole gallon of that and call it a day. It was clearly made fresh, not from a can. The clams and potatoes were tender.
The lobster and shrimp soup was okay but I think it was just overshadowed by how great the chowder was.
My husband got the fish fry, I got a cheeseburger, and my son got a mini pizza. It did take a while for his pizza to come out after we got our entrees so I ended up sharing some of my food with him but I think it was because it was a busy day.
My burger was really good. It was cooked right at medium, like a asked which was lovely. My husband liked the fries but wasn’t too impressed with the fish.
When my son got his pizza he said it was “100 good!” Which in his language obviously it means it’s pretty great!
Overall it’s a cute and cozy place with some great things on the menu! Service was pretty slow but it’s not because they’re lazy. Everyone seems to be working as a team there. I think we just came during a rush so they were stretched a little thin! It won’t deter us from coming again though!
