Super popular so make sure you get on the wait list on Yelp! The food is very fresh, flavorful and plentiful! The coffee is delicious, the decor is quaint and staff is perky and helpful. What more can you ask for?

Walked in to a really cute place in Ballston Spa. My wife and I sat in the bay window overlooking the Farmers Market on a Saturday morning. My wife and I both ordered the same meal, the roost brunch. It was delicious! Eggs over easy were perfect, came with bacon, sausage, and ham, and came with 2 of the best tasting waffles I've ever had. I was reluctant to coming to a new place with my wife, however, The Iron Roost is now a favorite! The staff were all super nice, without being fake about it. If you haven't been here, come here, you'll love the people, the atmosphere and especially the food!

Delicious and lovely! Cool different menu options and relaxed friendly vibe. Pay at counter with order and then take a number to a table inside or outside.

Iron Roost is by far one of my favorite breakfast spots around. The food is local, fresh, and delicious. Coffee is amazing. Waffles are out of this world. Although wait times for a table on the weekend can be long, once you’re seated the food comes quickly. There are high tables which are first come first serve to avoid wait time on tables. During the week, getting seated is not a problem.
