Primo Pizza

Yesterday I found myself in a little pickle. I needed a lasagna, and with a new baby I didn't want to have to cook it. Company was due at my house in 8 hours. I had nothing to feed them! I called Primos at about 9:30 AM, thinking maybe I could leave a desperate message and they might be able to make me that lasagna. By some miracle they answered. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and agreed to help me out, even though they usually require 24-48 hour notice for catering orders. The lasagna was absolutely delicious & my company was very pleased! They saved the day!!!

If you like New York city pizza this is the closest thing in the area. Also, the owner is a great guy. He is very friendly with his customers. Just an all around nice person. The pizza is worth traveling for if you're not close. He also makes other great meals at reasonable prices.

The Good: thin crust NY style pizza, whole pies for takeout usually good, chicken parm, wings good too.

The Bad: Slices always cold and rarely much of a selection. Even when you wait for them to heat up cold slices they are barely hot. Really need to figure out a better system for this. I have been going there every week or two since they opened and it has always been like this.

When it is noon on a weekday and you only have a couple cold slices out that is not a good sign. Every other pizza place around keeps slices heated and has more slices ready to serve, unfortunately for me Primo is the only place around that has decent pizza. Would have given 2.5 stars but google doesn't allow.
