Very impressed with the food. Super tasty cheeseburger and fries. Happy Hour $5.00 Margaritas at 9pm!! Definitely will be back and if you're in town, it's a must go. You won't regret it. My fiancee and I come up to Saratoga Springs once or twice a year and this spot really surprised us on how good it is. A+!!

I would come back to Saratoga just to try every cocktail on the menu! The Painkiller and Gin Fiz are amazing. Highly recommend sitting at chef's counter for a unique, fun experience. Very friendly and attentive staff!

This restaurant has proved time and time again to be a culinary jewel in what is a city saturated with restaurants. We dine out a lot, and are always impressed with the quality of the food, drinks and service. The frequently changing menu never ceases to impress, with offerings from burgers and duck fat french fries, to beautiful cuts of meat, oysters, mussels, duck, and the list goes on and on. Always perfectly seasoned and filled with beautiful and surprising flavors. Really delicious. If you want a more bar-like dinner, eat in the front room. If you want a neat experience, eat at the chef's bar, or for a quieter evening, dine in the back room. Can't say enough good things!

Great local spot, but not the whole package. If you’re looking for a awesome craft cocktail in Saratoga Springs, look no further. The bartender was amazing and was able to provide awesome recommendations of something unique to Hamlet & Ghost based off key flavor profiles each person liked.

The duck fat fries were delicious, as was the garlic aioli that came with it. I would have loved to do dinner here, but variety was limited and wasn’t overly impressed with the options. I’m certain quality wasn’t spared, but there are other local options that would be able to satisfy everyone at the table with one menu as the options at Hamlet & Ghost seemed rather limited.

I had to go here for NYE 2019-2020. I read some of the other reviews and thought I'd be in for an overpriced and pretentious time that I'd hate. Turns out I had a good time. The food was excellent, and so were the drinks. I had a beef cheese toast thing that was great, a veal chop that was better than the beef and a chocolate pot cream that was really good. I will the food was much richer then I was used to and was so good that i ate all of it and caused some belly issues. That's not the foods fault. It is pricey, but I'd say it's not over priced for what you get.
