My wife and I stumbled upon Mimi's while we were looking for a breakfast spot because London's was closed (Monday through Thursday). Mimi's was a great find for friendly service, great coffee and creative freshly made meals. I ordered my usual egg white omelette with rye toast, filled with onions, peppers and a great chicken sausage. I know it's boring but it's healthy and good. My wife chose the ricotta pancakes with sausage links. Both were delicious. I especially like the hot sauce they provided with the eggs, a blend aged in Bourbon barrels...see the photo. If you are looking for creative they offer many types of filled pancakes, French toast and waffles with just about anything you could image. Also a great place for fresh baked scones and muffins. Enjoy.

This is a very very busy restaurant, expect to wait at all times, since it is quite diminutive, with a very limited waiting area by the window and the bakery counter. The tables are closed to each other but the wall decors and surroundings make it feel cozy. You should probably order up a cup of coffee while waiting. The interior of the restaurant is very simple but elegant.

Fresh salmon cake benedict was phenomenal. Not sure if they had it all the time since it was a New Years special. It was definitely one of the best and unique egg Benedict I ever had. Poached egg sat on crispy salmon cake, which was on top of the cooked spinach, along with a side of home fries. The eggs were poached perfectly with just the right amount of running yolk. The combination of salmon cake with spinach was brilliant.

They had so many varieties of pancake dishes on the menu, which prompted us to try one. Bacon pancakes with sausages was also really tasty. The bacon bites were incorporated into the pancake batter, which was creative and probably better than eating them separately. The pancakes were extremely fluffy and creamy, but the texture of the pancakes was very light.

Wow. This place is awesome. We got the banana granola pancakes and strawberry and cream French toast. Food was outstanding. Service was great. The waitress even finished our dining experience with coffee to go. Great place to eat if you are in the Saratoga area.

Sweet Mimi's is a lovely, albeit small gem, well worth the wait (20 minutes the day I was there). You don't have to sardine while waiting for your table - they will text your phone so you're free to walk about and work up an appetite for the culinary creations that await. The lemon ricotta pancakes were amazing. I didn't order them (shared with my guest) but will for sure next time.
Lovely place if looking for bakery treats or an enjoyable breakfast experience.
